Salut, En passant sur le site de la route du Louvre, j'ai pu voir que cette année il empreinte le sens Lens-Lille, ce qui fera de ce marathon l'un des plus roulant de France. Donc il devient mon objectif principal pour 2010, je vise les moins de 2h50 et je vais m'y préparer sérieusement pour [...]

Voilà mon arrivée au marathon de REIMS Mon cardio a fait n'importequoi les cinq premier km, pas cool quand on course à la FC, mais j'avais l'allure dans la tête, mais c'est pas simple!!! Avec la FC on peut se rendre compte du relief du parcours, c'est plutôt interessant comme analyse!!!

On a oublié de t'attribuer tes 20 points pour la course de la dentelle que tu n'as pas pu faire car tu étais dans l'organisation. Salut, De retour du 10km à ORS. Un parcour très sympathique, mais aussi très difficile. Ce ne fut pas terrible pour moi : 37'51. Le 7ème km fut fatal pour moi.
